Nitrous oxide is utilized to help anxious and dental-phobic patients to relax during their dental treatment. Nitrous Oxide is a very safe and effective way for patients of all ages to alleviate their fear of getting dental injections, the sound of the drill, or whatever is making them nervous about their dental appointment. While having nitrous oxide administered, patients feel very relaxed and calm.
