Erin joined the NFD team in June of 2023, but has been in the dental field since 2002.
Erin is excited to lead the team with her wide range of dental knowledge and implement some new programs to make the office run smoothly. Erin can assist with everything from scheduling to financials, treatment planning and insurance matters. Patients know and recognize her by her friendly and cheerful voice! Outside of the office, Erin likes to spend her free time with her 3 adult sons, daughter-in-law and her husband.
Before joining the NFD team in June of 2023, Tiffani worked as a Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. She loves learning new skills. With her cheerful smile and upbeat personality, she greets all of our patients and makes them feel welcome. Tiffani loves spending time with family and friends. Tiff enjoys the beach and traveling.
Brianna entered the field of dentistry in early 2021 and joined the NFD team in June of 2023. She graduated from Paul M. Hodgson Vo-Tech, completing vocational technical training in Health Information Technology. She is always ready to learn and explore. She is the middle of seven girls and enjoys spending time with family. She also likes to draw, read, and learn new things.
Kristie has been in the medical field since 2011 and transitioned into the dental industry in 2022. She has a passion and love for helping others and strives to make every patient encounter a positive experience. She joined NFD in April 2023 and has enjoyed expanding her knowledge every step of the way. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, three children, family and friends. She loves traveling, shopping and home projects.
LaDonna obtained her Dental Hygiene degree from Del Tech Community College in 2009. She was the office’s first hygienist! She is passionate about educating her patients and providing high quality care. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, working out, going to the beach, and spending time with her husband and two children.
Jessica obtained her Dental Hygiene degree from Harcum College in 2010. She also earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Wilmington University. She spent two years working with the State of Delaware and the Delaware Smile Check Program bringing dental health into elementary schools across the state. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, traveling to the beach, fishing, spending time with her family and her fox red lab, Redd.
Ashley obtained her Dental Hygiene degree from Del Tech Community College in 2020. She recently received a Bachelor of Health Sciences degree from Wilmington University and is now working toward a Master of Science Management degree. She enjoys traveling with her family and going to the beach.
Yolianis joined NFD in August of 2023. She is a dedicated dental assistant who graduated in 2020 with a passion for her profession. Fluent in Spanish, Yolianis effortlessly connects with patients, making them feel comfortable and at ease during their appointments. Her personable nature shines through as she enjoys engaging in conversations with patients, ensuring they feel heard and valued. Outside of the dental office, she finds joy in going on walks with her dog, exploring new destinations through travel, and cherishing quality time with her family and friends.
Courtney joined NFD in 2021. She has been in the dental field since 2011 working with an endodontist. She has enjoyed learning & expanding her knowledge in general dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 children & dog. She also enjoys family beach trips & takes interest in photography.
